PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Scientific Name: Thymus vulgaris

Grown in Williams, Oregon

This variety of Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is a low-growing, woody perennial, reaching about 12 inches in height. A premium cultivar from France, it produces vibrant pink-purple flowers and is known for its strong, aromatic flavor, making it one of the best thyme varieties for culinary use. The slender, green leaves complement its strong taste, while the attractive blooms draw pollinators like bees. The flowers are edible and add a flavorful touch, and when dried, they make an excellent herbal tea. These do well in potted plants as well.
